I've also tried unplugging the keyboard and uninstalling (and deleting) the drivers and reinstalled. I emptied the AppData folder from Ideazon/Steelseries entries, and searched the registry for "Zboard", "Ideazon" and "Steelseries", and found nothing obvious. I've done a full, clean reinstall of both softwares, seperately, with reboots in between. I've therefore put this down to a software issue, which is why I think the RMA might not help. If I quit the software, the keys work as expected, but I can't use any macros, and the media keys etc don't work. These issues only exist when the Z-Engine or Steelseries Engine software is running.
